Reserving Common Areas

Residents can reserve the party room, meeting area, or BBQ pavilion for private use.

How to Book

1. Check availability on the Building Stack portal or with the Front Desk.
2. Complete the Reservation Form.
3. Pay the required cleaning deposit.

Rules of Use

• You are responsible for any damage caused by your group.
• Area must be cleaned and trash removed immediately after use.
• No glass containers allowed in any common areas.
