Hosting a Party or Event

Residents are welcome to host parties in common areas or their units, provided they adhere to building rules regarding noise and guest counts.

Common Area Reservations

The party room and barbecue area must be reserved at least 7 days in advance.

• Capacity: 25 persons max.
• Deposit: $200 (Refundable cleaning deposit).

Noise Regulations

Parties must follow the building’s quiet hours:

• Sun - Thu: 10:00 PM
• Fri - Sat: 11:59 PM

All music must be kept at a reasonable level that does not disturb neighbors.
