How to Report a Repair
Maintenance requests should be submitted through the Building Stack portal or by calling the management office.
Procedure
- Log in to your resident portal account.
- Select “Submit Maintenance Request”.
- Provide details of the issue and attach photos if possible.
- Specify if you grant permission to enter your unit.
For urgent repairs (e.g., non-functioning AC, broken appliances), please call the maintenance line directly at (305) 555-0199 ext 2.
