How to Report a Repair

Maintenance requests should be submitted through the Building Stack portal or by calling the management office.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your resident portal account.
  2. Select “Submit Maintenance Request”.
  3. Provide details of the issue and attach photos if possible.
  4. Specify if you grant permission to enter your unit.

For urgent repairs (e.g., non-functioning AC, broken appliances), please call the maintenance line directly at (305) 555-0199 ext 2.
