What to do if you have a Water Leak

Water leaks can cause significant damage to your unit and those below you. Immediate action is required.

Immediate Steps

1. Turn off the main water valve to your unit (usually located in the utility closet).
2. Call Security at (305) 555-0100 to notify management.
3. Contact your insurance provider as soon as possible.
4. Mop up standing water to prevent further spread.

Management will coordinate with a plumber to inspect and resolve the issue. Residents are responsible for damages caused by delayed reporting.
