Moving Deposit and Fees

To protect common areas during moves, a security deposit is required for all move-ins and move-outs.

Deposit Amount

• Refundable Deposit: $500.00
• Non-Refundable Fee: $100.00 (Admin fee)

Payment Method

Deposits must be paid via Certified Check or Money Order made payable to “North Bay Villas Condominium Association”. Cash or personal checks are not accepted.

Refund Process

After your move is complete, a building representative will inspect the elevators and common hallways. If no damage is found, your deposit will be processed for refund within 14 business days.
