Lease Approval Process

An owner wants to rent their unit to a new tenant.

The Path

Step	Action
1	Owner downloads the Lease Application Package
2	Prospective tenant completes all forms
3	Owner submits the package to Management with the Application Fee
4	Background check is processed (5–7 business days)
5	Board reviews and issues written approval or denial

Key Restrictions

• Minimum lease term: 6 months
• Maximum 2 different tenants per unit per calendar year
• Short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) are prohibited
