Unit Occupancy Limits

In accordance with city and county fire safety codes and building bylaws, the following occupancy limits apply to all units at North Bay Villas.

Limits by Unit Type

• Studio / 1-Bedroom: Maximum 2 occupants.
• 2-Bedroom: Maximum 4 occupants.
• 3-Bedroom: Maximum 6 occupants.

Enforcement

Exceeding these limits is a violation of the lease agreement and building rules. All permanent residents (including children) must be registered with the management office during the application process.

Guest stays exceeding 15 consecutive days require notification to the management office.
