A new tenant has been approved and is ready to move in.
The Path

| 1 | Owner provides a copy of the signed lease to Management |
| 2 | Tenant completes the Tenant Registration Form listing all occupants |
| 3 | Tenant provides government-issued ID for all adults |
| 4 | Tenant receives a copy of the Rules & Regulations |
| 5 | Tenant signs acknowledgment of receipt of Rules |
Important
- ALL occupants must be listed on the registration form.
- Any change in occupants requires a new registration.
- Failure to register is a violation subject to fines.
