Step	Action
1	Contact the Towing Company: [Name] at [Phone]
2	Bring valid ID and vehicle registration
3	Pay the towing/storage fee directly to the towing company
4	If you believe the tow was in error, contact Management

Vehicles Subject to Towing (Per Bylaws)

• No valid parking decal or guest pass
• Parked in fire lane or blocking access
• Inoperable vehicles (cannot run under own power for 48+ hours — Rule #14)
• Trucks, trailers, vans, campers, buses, motorcycles (Rule #16)
