Contractor Insurance

An owner has hired a contractor to perform work in their unit.
Requirements
The contractor’s Certificate of Insurance (COI) MUST include:
- General Liability: Minimum $[X] per occurrence.
- Workers’ Compensation: As required by Florida law.
- Additional Insured: Must name “North Bay Villas Condominium Association, Inc.”.
- Certificate Holder: North Bay Villas Condominium Association, Inc., 1801 S. Treasure Drive, North Bay Village, FL 33141.
