Dumping Debris

A contractor has generated construction waste.

Rules

• DO NOT use building trash chutes for construction debris.
• DO NOT leave debris in hallways, stairwells, or common areas.
• DO NOT leave debris on balconies or patios.
• All construction debris must be removed from the property by the contractor on the same day.
• Dumpster rental on property requires Board approval.
• Violation: $100/day fine.
