When Work Is Allowed

A contractor is scheduled to perform work in a unit.

Permitted Work Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Saturdays: Only with prior Board approval.
• Sundays & Holidays: No work permitted.

Rules

• Contractors must check in with Management upon arrival.
• Contractors must have a valid COI on file.
• No construction debris in trash chutes.
• All debris must be hauled off-site by the contractor.
• Elevator must be reserved for large deliveries.
• Noise must not exceed reasonable levels.
