When Work Is Allowed

A contractor is scheduled to perform work in a unit.
Permitted Work Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Saturdays: Only with prior Board approval.
- Sundays & Holidays: No work permitted.
Rules
- Contractors must check in with Management upon arrival.
- Contractors must have a valid COI on file.
- No construction debris in trash chutes.
- All debris must be hauled off-site by the contractor.
- Elevator must be reserved for large deliveries.
- Noise must not exceed reasonable levels.
